Emirates offers our Individual First and Business class passengers a complimentary personal airport transfer in a chauffeur-driven car from home or hotel to the airport, and on arrival, to their ultimate destination in selected cities in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, the Middle East and North America.
We would like to update you on the change in payment plan for excess mileage for seven U.S. cities i.e New York (JFK, EWR), Boston(BOS), Orlando (MCO), Los Angeles (LAX), Seattle (SEA) & San Fransisco (SFO).
For the above mentioned seven U.S.cities, kindly note :
- Customers must pay for the excess mileage in advance directly to the service provider prior to the date of service.
- Payments are not accepted by the driver. No exceptions will be made.
- All major credit cards are accepted and payments can be processed via SMS/Email through a secure link or over the phone.
- Service provider will send an SMS, email or call (local contact) to collect payment of excess mileage in advance.
- Please ensure to add a local contact number in the CDS booking.
- Customers will be given the option to process the payment by replying to the SMS / email through a secure link, or through a phone number.
- Failure to make the payment in advance will result in the car being cancelled.
