Online Check-in for Group bookings

We are pleased to announce a new enhancement in our Online Check-in (OLCI). Passengers travelling under Group PNR i.e. RBD – G can now enjoy a smarter check-in experience which is available currently on emirates.com via the desktop website. Online check-in is permitted for flights booked on any Emirates operated flight departing from an online check-in enabled Airport. Online check-in procedure for group PNR’s: Online check-in available for Group PNRs greater than 9 passengers. However, not more than 9 passengers at a time can be checked in online in the same transaction. Online check-in can be completed by one traveller on behalf of all passengers or individually by each passenger. User to enter last name and record locator or booking reference on emirates.com homepage widget or online check-in page. After the entry of the PNR, the booking is identified as a group booking (C/ indicator). Customer is asked to enter ticket number for each individual passenger they wish to check in (the last name they entered earlier is pre-populated). After the customer enters the respective ticket numbers, they proceed with OLCI, like any other commercial booking. Check-in for all flights within the 48 hour window including onward sectors departing within 60 hours. Arrive at the Airport up until 90 minutes prior to departure with baggage and 60 minutes without baggage. Kindly disseminate this information to all concerned. Emirates - India 11 September 2019
