Enjoy a Complimentary Dubai Stopover when you book and fly Emirates to Europe, Americas or Africa


We are pleased to extend the Dubai Stopover Offer as follows :
Your customers can experience a Complimentary Hotel Stay in Dubai* when they book and fly Emirates.
To be eligible, customers need to book an Emirates ticket on First or Business Class between 24 September to 07 October  2019 to Europe, Americas or Africa.
This offer includes:
First Class and Business Class travellers.
Two nights’ accommodation in Address Hotel Downtown or Address Dubai Mall, Dubai.

General Conditions 
  • Offer available for new bookings made between 24 September and 07 October 2019 inclusive, and cannot be claimed retroactively on existing bookings.
  • Valid for hotel stays between  01 October 2019 – 14 November 2019 and 23 November 2019 – 10 December 2019
  • Offer is valid for itineraries originating from India (except Mumbai and Delhi) and travelling to Europe, Americas or Africa.
  • First and Business class passengers may avail chauffeur drive in Dubai as per normal procedure and entitlement.
  • Offer applicable to adult fare paying passengers only and are 21 years old or above. Proof of age may be required.
  • Passengers requiring UAE entry visa are responsible to apply for and be in possession of a valid visa prior to entering the UAE
       
Flight/Ticket terms and policy  
    
  • Offer is valid on flights operated by Emirates only and applicable on Adult return fares.
  • Complimentary accommodation in Dubai is available for flight with a connection or stay time that is equal to or more than 10 hours and it will offered on either outbound or inbound itineraries.
  • Offer not valid for seats purchased in Skywards Miles currency for flight reward tickets and award upgrade.
  • Offer not applicable on industry discounted tickets and group tickets.
Hotel terms and policy
      
  • The offer includes two (2) complimentary night’s stay at the Address Downtown or Address Dubai Mall on room-only basis; subject to availability.
  • The Hotel option offered will be subject to availability. If the hotel offered respective to the passengers’ class of travel is not available, Emirates will book a room at a hotel with a comparable star rating.
  • A 24 hour check-in and check-out policy applies. Check-in time is referenced from Dubai scheduled flight arrival time of the original booking.
  • The room type includes (1) adult in single room occupancy or (2) adults in double room occupancy. A maximum of one (1) child under 12 years of age is permitted to share accommodation with the parents in the same room, with existing bedding.
  • In case of eligible passengers sharing a room, the offer will not be combinable and only 2 complimentary nights for Business and First passengers will be extended in total.
  • The offer includes taxes and Tourism Dirham Fee. Emirates is not responsible for any additional room charges, incidentals, mini-bar etc. All additional charges will be the responsibility of the passenger.
  • The offer includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of the offer. The guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with availing of the offer and the hotel stay including but not limited to travel insurance, food, and transfers (other than as provided for under these terms) and any other ancillary costs associated with the offer and the hotel stay.
  • In case of flight rebooking, change requests for rooms will be subject to availability, and no change is permitted within 72 hours prior to travel.
  • If multiple number of passengers booked in a Booking then, they are all entitled to a single room each.
  • Guests may be required to provide credit card / documentation as per hotel check-in policies.
  • The issued Accommodation Itinerary along with valid ID must be presented by Guests at time of Hotel check-in. If the flight booking is cancelled, the confirmed hotel booking will be automatically cancelled without any notification. Any rebooking within the sale period will need to be sent to Emiratesoffer@emirates.com as a separate request.  
          
    Redeeming the offer:  
    
  • Once your customer has booked and paid for their flight, email the customers’ contact details, flight itinerary and room request including dates to your  Emirates sales office during the sales period, no later than 96 hours prior to customers’ departure date.
  • Please send in attached format to mail box SalesSupportWI@emirates.com with subject header AMD-MISC
  • An Accommodation Itinerary will be emailed to the registered email address within 72 hours.
  • The issued Accommodation Itinerary along with valid ID must be presented at time of check-in at the hotel.
  • Bookings for this special hotel offer must be reported at least 96 hours prior to intended Dubai arrival stay or on/before 10th of October 2019, whichever is earlier.
