Art Mantram on MG Rd Boulevard - 20 Oct 19

ArtMantram had organized their Children’s Painting Event on 20th Oct.2019 at MG Rd Boulevard. On this occasion Chief Guest Dr Shanmuganandan VC joint Director, Association of Healthcare Providers, India.  Guest of Honours are Ms. Shukla Bose is the Founder and CEO of the Parikrama Humanity Foundation, Suhas Gopinath, Chairman & CEO Global Inc and Mr. Anil Shetty. They were present at the painting competition for the special and underprivileged children like Parikrama, Bubbles, Colours & Gurunanak School.
Art Mantram is a non profit, charitable and NGO organization actively involved in promoting contemporary Indian art. Mantram has a vision that is simple yet profound and that is to touch the lives of as many people as possible through the medium of art. Mantram Art foundation came into existence when a few artists and professionals joined hands, with the aim of amplifying the awareness and the patronage of the Arts, especially contemporary paintings. Art today is also an integral part of elegant life style. It is a collector’s pride and an excellent asset.


Since its establishment in 1999, Mantram has organized many interactive sessions, art camps and art festivals with the sole objective of promoting art and encouraging promising artists by providing them a platform to exhibit their paintings.2019 ArtMantram Trust presents the Bangalore Art, Craft and Design festival from 12th to 26th Oct, which is still going on. This multi event festival is a unique opportunity for everyone to get involved in this dream of renewing Bangalore’s image as the city of Art Craft and seeing rise of new Artists, artisans & Craftsman.
Mantram’s various other projects include supporting education for the underprivileged children in Karnataka, Delhi and Arunachal Pradesh. Every year we conduct Art competition for special and underprivileged children which is judged by professional artist. This event offers children an opportunity to create art and build self esteem and offers children a place to express themselves through visual means.
Mantram is strongly ingrained to an attitude of reverence to all the efforts that lend a helping hand towards eliminating the burning problems of India. With sixty years of Independence and dramatic development in technology and Industry, Art is the only form that can transition similar revolution to our thinking and attitude. Our response to Art and its patronage is an integral part of this belief. As a follow on, it is Mantram’s vision to make Art a part of everyday life for everyone.
Art Mantram’s endeavor to create awareness and a discerning eye for Art began with Bangalore International Art festival in Oct 2004 which was a week long exhibition of paintings, tours of art galleries; pottery, craft bazaar and art walk away on M.G. road. The program was also a festival of dances, music, seminars and lectures with several participant’s world over.
Mantram Art Foundation has since held several Art Camps for senior artists. There were some held for challenged children and the under privileged children as well contributing to a selfless cause.
The proceeds from the exhibition will be supporting the cause of challenged girl children.
