Ms Imaan Javan, Director of Suntuity Renewable Energy India the women who have always believed that renewable energy is the future of the world.
Intending to promote Green Energy in India, Suntuity REI, a part of a US-based Suntuity Group which is marching towards making India an energy-friendly country has undertaken environmentally beneficial solar projects that reduce dependence on electricity and achieve energy independence along with lowering electricity bills and achieving a reduced carbon footprint. The Indian counter-part recently even associated with a school in Mumbai.
Struggling with Dyslexia in her growing up days Ms. Imaan believes that only hard work and strong determination is the key to attain success and reach a position of independence. She overcame Dyslexia and fought failures like a true fighter. It taught her to be innovative and did not let her learning disability hold her back and rose above her struggles to follow her dreams. Having dyslexia, every day you learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. And that’s a must for an entrepreneur. The adversity she faced in school was a great training ground for her entrepreneurial life.
Imaan started her career as a business developer and worked as a forensic scientist with Mumbai Police helping in some interesting cases. And in 2011, Imaan started Suntuity REI, which marked the beginning of a long and instrumental association.
She was also featured on 'Bumble' multi-market campaign which celebrates the empowering stories of trailblazing Indian women who have paved their own way in their personal and professional lives.
