Mr. Sandip Soparrkar, Bollywood Choreographer

“Dancing has always been my passion since I was a kid, and this opportunity to teach children the art of dance on International Dance Day is an absolute privilege. I'm elated to extend my experience of this domain, to kids who follow the Sony YAY! toon universe. Vacations are the ideal time to unlock the kids’ creative capabilities, and what better way to unleash their potential, than through this expressive form of performing art. I am grateful to Sony YAY! for this opportunity and would like to wish everyone a Happy International Dance Day.”

Mr. Aaditya Lohana, Executive Director, The Acres Foundation

“At The Green Acres Academy – Chembur and Mulund and Seven Rivers International School – Chembur we believe that education is complete only when music, art and craft, dance and sports are included in the school curriculum along with academics. We appreciate Sony YAY’s initiative of promoting dance through electronic media during this lockdown period where physical agility of children has become a concern. It would be a great message of learn-with-fun and a different experience for children to dance along with their favourite cartoon characters. Our research team, viz. The Acres Foundation has elaborately researched on Active and Passive Screen time of the students and our research papers have been published in various International Journals. It is our belief that this initiative of Sony YAY! can be categorized under Active Screen Time which will benefit the students.”
